Clearance prices include the crew doing all the lifting, room by room, and leaving the property swept. Where a property needs more than one load or runs into a second day, we say so at quote stage rather than discovering it on the day. All prices include VAT.
Collections priced by volume
For anything short of a full clearance — a garage, a shed, a garden, a bedroom clear-out — you pay for the space your waste actually takes up in the van.

A full van is 15 cubic yards. Every price includes labour, loading, transport and licensed disposal. All prices include VAT.
Two things can add to it, and we tell you about both before we start: extra time is €30 per 10 minutes beyond the time shown, and extra weight is €0.35 per kg over the limit for that volume. Heavy loads like rubble, soil and tile hit the weight limit long before they fill the van, which is why weight is priced separately.
What changes the price
How full the property is
A three-bed that has been lived in for forty years holds a great deal more than one that has been rented for two.
Access
Stairs with no lift, no parking outside, a long carry to the van, or a narrow lane all add time.
Heavy or awkward items
Pianos, safes, sheds, hot tubs and built-in furniture need dismantling or extra hands.
Specialist disposal
Fridges, mattresses, tyres and WEEE equipment carry separate licensed disposal costs.
What we will never do
- Quote low on the phone and raise it once we are in the house
- Add a charge on the day for stairs or access we already knew about
- Add a charge for disposal at the end that was not in the original quote
