What we do differently
Most firms that clear houses also do everything else — small loads, single items, garden waste, builder's rubble. We built Clear Out Crew specifically around full property clearances, because they are a different job and they need a different approach.
A full clearance needs a crew rather than a driver. It needs someone who will notice that the shoebox at the back of the wardrobe has letters in it. It needs paperwork that an executor or a letting agent can put in a file. And it needs the house left in a state you would be happy to show a buyer.
Licensed and insured
We carry €6.5m public liability insurance, and every load we collect is disposed of through our EPA licensed partner under National Waste Collection Permit NWCPO-16-11754-04. That number is on the public NWCPO register, so you can check it. We keep the dockets and you can ask us for documentation at any point.
Where we are
We are based in Dublin and work across Dublin city and county, north Kildare, south Meath and east Wicklow.
