What a full house clearance includes
Everything that is not nailed down, and some things that are. We clear every room in the property, not just the easy ground-floor pieces.
Every room
Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and landings. Furniture, beds, wardrobes, white goods, carpets and curtains.
The awkward spaces
Attics, garages, sheds, utility rooms, under stairs and back gardens — the parts most people dread and most quotes quietly exclude.
The heavy items
Pianos, safes, range cookers, built-in wardrobes, garden furniture and sheds. We dismantle where we have to.
The finish
The property swept through and left presentable for valuation, viewings or handover.
Fixed price, agreed before we arrive
We quote on the whole job. You get the figure in writing before anything is loaded, and it does not change on the day unless you add to the job yourself. Where stairs or an extra pair of hands are needed we tell you at quote stage, not afterwards.
What affects the price: the size of the property, how much is in it, access and stairs, and whether there is anything that needs special handling. A one-bed apartment with a lift is a very different job to a four-bed house with a full attic and no parking.
What we cannot take
There are a few things no licensed operator can collect in a general load: asbestos, paint and solvents, gas cylinders, clinical waste and car batteries. Tell us in advance and we will point you to the right facility rather than leaving you with a problem on the day.
